Maintenance Supervisor
Are you a Maintenance Engineer who is passionate about making a difference in a small team? Do you have the drive to make a difference? We require an excellent Maintenance Engineer to join one of the UK's leading concrete manufacturing businesses. This is on a permanent basis located in Coalville.
About the role
To ensure plant reliability and performance,
Managing breakdown repairs & plant upgrades, work schedules, PPM systems & records.
Cost control & recording.
Arranging and controlling Maintenance Contractors
The ordering of spares & workshop supplies.Key Tasks
Operation of maintenance and defect schemes
Prioritisation of workload & schedules
Organizing and controlling Maintenance contractors
Must be able to work both on own and as part of the Hillhead team
Implementation of plant improvements
