Are you an experienced teaching assistant with experience working with Early Years children? Are you dedicated to raising the attainment levels in numeracy & literacy? Are you looking for work in September?

Celsian Education are working alongside a primary school in Manchester, to recruit for an experienced Teaching assistant to work in the Early Years provision in the new academic year. The role will commence in September and is definitely going to be until December, but is likely to continue until July 2020 and will involve working with the new intake of children. There may be times where you will be asked to work on a 1:1 basis.
The ideal candidate will:

?? Have a working knowledge of EYFS
?? Have a recognised childcare qualification such as a Cache or NVQ
?? Have recent experience supporting and developing children when they start at school or in a nursery setting.

Celsian Education will require at least 2 references to cover the last 2 years at least 1 needs to be from a school or educational establishment. You will also need an enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one.
