Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Support
Protocol Education is looking for an inspiring Behaviour Mentor to motivate change and progression in some of most disadvantaged young people.
Working with teaching staff, the Behaviour Mentor will support young people aged 11-18 years old who need help overcoming barriers to learning, where behaviour, engagement and attendance issues are a cause for concern.
The Behaviour mentor will need to be able to effectively carry out and lead sessions, support the delivery of core subjects such as maths and English, working in a classroom setting, or on a small group or one-to-one basis.
The Behaviour mentor will be a role model, listener, facilitator for learning and motivator. You may have previous experience as a teaching assistant, workshop leader or youth worker. You may have a background in the Army, youth offending, teaching or youth sector
