Location: Mintsfeet Industrial Estate, Kendal
Salary: GBP27,536 - GBP30,648 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday with some Saturday working where required)

Due to our continued expansion and demand for our property maintenance services. We are looking for a practical person who can also be an educator to support our learners in achieving qualifications and employment.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team working with small groups (maximum of 4) of learning-disabled people for five days per week (9:00am - 5.00pm).
Working in our Community Works team you will work alongside and support adults with learning disabilities to provide property maintenance services in the local community.
Building and Maintenance Supervisor - What we need from you:
Do you have the practical skills to develop a community maintenance service that will involve building, joinery, grounds maintenance and property maintenance coupled with the skills to teach people through these activities work skills and work ethic?
