Service Manager Job in Ipswich, Suffolk
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Manager to join our client in an award winning car dealership in Suffolk. They are looking for someone with car dealership Service Management or Service Reception Manager experience to oversee the smooth running of the service department.
Service Manager duties include:
Managing a team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Admin Support
Making sure customer service is kept extremely high at all times
Overseeing the sales of additional products, such as service and warranty plans
Ensuring that processes and standards are adhered to
Service Manager requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership environment
Brilliant communication and leadership skills
Being a hands on Manager with drive and enthusiasm
A valid drivers' licence
