Development Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for Development Surveyor to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Bristol or Exeter office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area. Our client carry out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

Their Development Consultancy Team needs help with increasing workload in the East of our market area. They are to recruit an MRICS surveyor who is self-motivated and interested in developing a career in the property development sector within one of the SW's leading property consultancies. Day to day work is varied in both its nature and client base including viability appraisals, secured lending valuations, strategic development advice and land negotiations on behalf of clients.

Candidates considered for both the Bristol and Exeter office
Day to fay duties include; including viability appraisals, secured lending valuations, strategic development advice and land negotiations on behalf of clients.

Development Surveyor Position Requirements

Must be living within commuting distance of Exeter / Bristol
MRICS Qualified or close to achieving said status
Keen to secure a long term role
Full driving licence
