Our independent Client has modern manufacturing premises along the southern Cornish coast and produces traditional, beautiful motorboats, sailing yachts and tenders.
Due to an extensive order book we are excited to present permanent opportunities for the very best craftspeople looking for a smart career move to a company that invest in and value their people. Working as part of a friendly and close knit team you will take pride in creating stunning vessels ready for ownership.
We are looking for Boat Builders, either traditional and composite with a strong background in the industry.
You will be ideally have the following experience:
* At least 2 years experience in Boat Building....either traditional wooden or composite
* Traditional / small boat building background preferred
* Experience in reading drawings, templates & written instructions
In return you will be offered a competitive hourly rate / salary
43 hour working week 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
20 days holiday
GBP11-13hr
