With our head office based just outside of Bristol, we are an award-winning IT Solutions company looking for an ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with excellent knowledge of Windows Server / Office 365 / Active Directory / Exchange / DNS / DHCP looking to further their skills and progress within a fast-paced environment to join our ever-expanding team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Joining our dynamic Support team as our newly appointed 2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will be supporting a wide range of technologies from a variety of vendors but with a definite focus on Microsoft technologies and so a thirst to further develop your skillset is essential! You will use your skills in Windows Server / Office 365 / Active Directory to work to resolve issues escalated from the 1st Line to the highest standard applicable, escalating when necessary. We pride ourselves on exceeding our customers' expectations and to do that we need the best in the industry, because of this we actively promote our team gaining industry accreditation and offer plentiful opportunities for progression!
