Residential Support Worker needed for supply
Are you a caring individual with a passion for help vulnerable children? Do you have experience with personal care? Do you hold a Child Care NVQ, BTEC or CACHE?
Residential Support workers are needed in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas to assist with children whom have a range of Special Educational needs and Disabilities within a residential setting. The candidate will offer support to the full-time staff at the homes with the day to day running. Due to the nature of the establishment Hello Education are looking for candidates who ideally will work nights and weekends if required.
To be considered for the role, you will have the following:
* Experience working with SEND pupils or within a residential setting
* Patient and caring approach when proving aspects of care
* Comfortable with 1-2-1 support
* Confident providing personal care or willing to learn
* Always respect the student's privacy and dignity
* Adaptable to different situations
