The role
The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification alongside a degree in Sports. You will be required to teach PE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The positions available are long-term, short-term, day-to-day, full-time and part-time, starting in September.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. You must also be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic and be able to quickly build relationships. This is a great opportunity to join the school and become part of its committed teaching team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must:
Have experience teaching PE to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary teachers
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
