Job Title; Assembly Operative
Salary; GBP8.72 per hour
Shift; 5:45am - 2:15pm and 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday
Location; Oakham, District of Rutland
We're currently seeking to recruit Assembly Operatives for an internationally recognised company based in Oakham. The company operates from a busy manufacturing facility and requires Operatives to start immediately. The role will involve machine operation, assisting with the production of technical components, using tools to ensure stock is produced to specification and packaging items ready for dispatch.

The Assembly Operative Role;
* Assisting with the manufacture of bespoke components
* Operating a variety of machinery
* Working to tight deadlines and specifications
* Coil winding and electrical assembly
* Ensuring KPIs are met

* Previous assembly experience
* Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work to meet deadlines
* Work effectively unsupervised
