Job Description
This post is internal and open to Renfrewshire Council employees only.
Based at various housing offices.
Requirements
Reporting to the Local Housing Manager, you will support the delivery of the Council's Allocation Policy.
You must have experience of dealing with the public, letter and report writing. Working with IT systems, preparing documents using a variety of IT packages and maintaining information systems and knowledge of housing options.
Responsibilities
You must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing; organise your own workload and use your own initiative in decision making. It would be an advantage to have knowledge of the OHMS system along with experience in dealing with housing waiting lists and allocations and in the supervision of staff.
The salary for working 17.5 hour is GBP12,464 - GBP13,605 per annum.
