QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT
Job Title: Quality Control Assistant
Rate: GBP9.23 - GBP10.26 PAYE
Duration: 3 months +
Location: York
Industry: Medical, Life Sciences
We are looking for an eager Quality Control Assistant who would benefit from joining an established company developing and manufacturing diagnostic tests based in York and report directly to the Quality Manager.
The Successful Quality Control Assistant would have the chance to report directly to the Quality Manager and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience. We are looking for someone from a laboratory background preferably.
Quality Control Assistant Requirements:
Working experience in a laboratory or a relevant life science degree
Confidence in the preparation of sample dilutions from stock samples
Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
Good communication skills to effectively liaise with appropriate departmentsQuality Control Assistant Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Quality Manager and manufacturing team.
Responsible for QC testing in the run up to product release.
Maintenance of product batch records
Review and update Quality Control documentation
