We are a leading performer in the UK and control a large geographical area including South East London, Essex and Kent. Our work is private domestic and we do not rely on contracts, ensuring that we have constant workload and our Engineers earn very well in comparison to Social Housing contractors. We invest heavily in our Engineers and pride ourselves on our staff retention levels.
The job will entail carrying out pre-planned and reactive plumbing works for private homes in the area specified on this advert. Engineers work within an excellent bonus scheme that sees you earning more through productivity, efficiency, customer care and recommendation of products and services.
Package includes:
- Basic pay GBP23-26k with average earnings of GBP35k PA+ (paid per job)
- Company vehicle, phone and uniform
- 28 days paid holiday (20+8)
- Attractive call out and OT rota and packages, a fully stocked van, PPE Kit, Field Computer/Tablet and full uniform will also be supplied
-You will need to supply your own tools
We also offer career opportunities to venture into Gas if not already qualified.
Essential characteristics, skills & qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years experience with domestic/commercial maintenance plumbing
- A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent course
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- Be open to a CRB/DBS disclosure
- Be an excellent customer facing Engineer
