Henry Martin are partnered with a growing, award winning residential contractor, in their search for a enthusiastic and driven Assistant Technical Coordinator.
Our client operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between GBP25Mil - GBP100Mil.
The ideal candidate must have residential experience coming from either an architectural background or engineering with a knowledge in BIM if possible. This position is offering you to working alongside a senior running the 2nd phased of a project valued at around GBP30m
