Assistant Site Manager
I am looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager, to work on a full time permanent basis, on behalf of a well known New Build Housing Contractor that has a wealth of work in the Cambridge area.
The following skills and tickets are essential:
5 years new build housing experience
Black CSCS
1st Aid
SMSTS
Scaffolding Awareness
Strong communication skills
The company behind the vacancy is a well known Housing Contractor that regularly wins awards for their work (NHBC) as well as being well known for providing challenging career paths in terms of promotion.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to hit the ground running on a large new build site with over 800 units on a traditional build basis.
