Fibre Supervisor - Rotherham - 35-38k +Car Allow + Bonus + Bens
Outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK leaders in the new and exciting build of Gigabit Britain.
It's important that the fibre sites meet the highest standards in Health and Safety. I am looking for a Fibre Supervisor to monitor up to 8 of these sites, using a high attention to detail to take notes, audit and create reports that can be relayed to their Construction Manager. You'll be the one to resolve or escalate conflict, building strong working relationships and discussing design corrections. You'll also;
* Maintain productivity objectives as set by the Fibre Manager
* Co-ordinate, capture and present the financial sign-off for the completed works by the Sub-contractor to the Fibre Manager
* Update daily and weekly reports, reviewing them against the project delivery milestones, highlighting any risks that may have arisen to the Fibre Manager
* Ensure all post installation documents are completed and checked in accordance to the conditions of the project
Additional Experience required
* New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 Supervisor qualifications
* Ability to negotiate suitable outcomes that mitigate project risk
* Experience of method statements and risk assessments
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations
* Driving License
