Warranty Administrator / Fleet Administrator

Job Title - Warranty Administrator / Fleet Administrator
Salary - Up to GBP20,000 plus an annual bonus
Hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17:00
I am currently working with a privately owned fleet management company in the Peterborough area who are now looking to add a Warranty Administrator / Fleet Administrator to their busy team.
Warranty Administrator / Fleet Administrator job role:
Process Warranty claims.
Generate, track, and follow-up on customer claims
Create purchase orders and input billing information
Process and invoicing of customer generated work orders on a daily basis
Provide excellent customer service by fielding customer inquiries on phone
Assist in resolving all customer complaints/issues
All other work duties as requested
Requirements for Warranty Administrator / Fleet Administrator
Self-motivated, process driven, detail oriented and organized with ability to shift priorities in a changing environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Prior experience in warranty would be an advantage
Must have worked in a busy admin role previously
