Customer Services and Sales Manager - Salary Circa GBP30k
Working for a business that provides specialist car parts you will manage a team that take inbound calls from customers, as well as making outbound calls. You will ensure customer service excellence and ensure all customer contacts are prompt, professional and courteous. You will also identify new sales opportunities and build and maintain new customer relationships.
You will need to be committed, enthusiastic and due to the technical nature, the role you will need a good mechanical knowledge of automotive parts. It is essential you have previous experience managing a busy automotive parts/purchasing department or similar.
Due to the nature of the role you will need a full driving licence.
Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri with 30 min lunch.
