Home Care Assistants - Full or Part-time - GBP10.00 - GBP13.00 per hour. Liverpool.

C4 Care is an Approved Provider to a growing number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and we are experiencing rapid growth by supporting local and regional Continuing Healthcare Commissioners during these very challenging times. To meet this increasing demand we are recruiting home care assistants to work in Liverpool (L20, L21, L22, L23, L30 & L39 Postcodes) and Preston (PR8 & PR9 Postcodes).
This is both a very challenging and highly rewarding time to be working in social care, supporting very vulnerable people living in their own homes, supporting their families, through the current Pandemic, and beyond. We are looking for kind and caring people, who have a minimum of six-months experience of working in social care in the UK, that can be referenced. Ideally you will be an experienced home carer and have experience of palliative and end of live care.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS with an Online DBS also accepted. Pay rate is from GBP10.00 to GBP13.00. Some guaranteed hours contracts are available in areas of high demand. Although not a requirement, priority will be given to those applicants that are car drivers/car owners.
You will need to have:
* The sensitivity required to provide kind and sensitive care to people most in need
* Capable of delivering all types of care, including personal care
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small care team
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives
* Be positive and willing to follow a personalised care service to every individual that we support
