2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer - Windows Server, VMWare, - Durham, North-East - WFH to 5 days per week (ongoing) to GBP32,796 plus free parking and amazing benefits.

COVID resilient Public Sector organisation has a great opportunity for a 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer with at least 2 years technical experience of MS Windows, and/or TCP/IP and LAN/WAN and be competent level some or all of the following skills: - Office 365 (migration), MS Exchange Admin, SCCM, Active Directory, VMWare, MS Azure.

This is a great opportunity for a 2nd to 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide technical support and solutions for IT systems to SLA's the Service Catalogue and ITIL whilst giving you the opportunity to learn new skills across other areas of the business. You will provide 2nd line technical support to the Service Desk, provide on-site technical solutions, maintenance, configuration, testing, implementation and support of the IT server environment to include physical/virtual servers (VMWare), virtualization (preferably VMWare vSphere), MS Server (Admin) Including Active Directory (config, admin, backup), Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, mobile devices, security and patching updates on server and client.
