About The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the commercial team where you will develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, manage the commercial team in procurement activities. You will also increase value, reduce cost, ensure contract / sub-contract administration is completed, including valuations, final accounts and change management.
Providing to the Commercial Manager on a period basis, internal and external figures for both current and forecast positions in respect of work activities and highlight any significant commercial / contractual positions to the Senior Commercial team. You are responsible for achievement of commercial team workload. You'll need to provide training where appropriate.

About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience within a similar role
Experience in Construction/Infrastructure is desirable
Experience of identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
Related HNC/Degree or equivalent
Good communication and organisation skills
