Purchase Ledger Clerk

Are you an experienced in Accounts Payable? Do you have a good working knowledge of Spreadsheets?

My client based in East Leeds are now looking for an Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their close-knit finance team. Salary offering GBP19,500.

Here's what a typical day will look like:

Filing Delivery Tickets
Matching invoices with Delivery tickets
Obtaining Tickets from supplier websites
Book in Goods from Site
Scan Invoices and Delivery tickets
Process Invoices
Supplier Queries
Logging Queries on spreadsheets
Work Closely with the buying departments
Statement reconciliations
Processing of Utility Invoices

Is this you?

2 years+ experience within Accounts Payable
Excel skills desired but not essential
COINS experience desired but essential
Ability to work well as a team
