Location - Basildon
Salary - GBP22k-GBP24k (DOE)
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
Job Description
Working with customers and the sales team to identify and propose solutions that meet customer requirements through all stages of the sales process. To provide administrative support to the external sales team (Area Sales Manager), Sales Office, providing a link between the external sales team and the clients.
Your Responsibilites
?? To produce quotations using the CRM system by interpreting customer requirements from technical specifications and identifying the required product and accessories.
?? Liaise with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and to use the quotation app to determine the appropriate level of discount for quotations.
?? To be a super user for the CRM system, managing database information, running reports and interpreting meaningful sales data. To train others on the CRM system.
?? To progress, by telephone and email, quotations and potential orders with customers.
?? To produce potential order reports for Area Sales Managers using CRM system as appropriate.
?? Maintain accurate project notes, dates and order reports in Gold Vision CRM system, creating and updating activities and broadcasts to ASMs.
?? To provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team as required.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an estimating department for an HVAC company.
?? Good experience of CRM systems, Excel, Power Point.
?? Experience in Cold Calling Customers would be a plus.
