Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - New House Build Construction

As an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in the new house build construction sector, you'll cover sites across North Wales and the North West of England, working from company offices in Daresbury Park near Warrington and St Asaph in North Wales (conveniently located next to the A55).
Established over 25 years ago, Pure Residential and Commercial is a privately-owned housebuilding company, and is a leading provider of new homes in North Wales and the North West of England. The business is rapidly growing with plans for ambitious future growth in the coming years.
What will the role of Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor entail?
As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will utilise your sound commercial knowledge and experience in the new house build construction sector as you take responsibility for the financial administration of your allocated projects from start to completion.
You will be involved at every stage of the commercial process, including the compilation of budgets, procurement of sub-contractors, site valuations, cash flows, payments, monitoring and controlling variations, closure of final accounts and the compilation and monthly review of cost value reconciliations.
What essential skills will I need to be considered for this Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy?
* Must have proven recent experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor within the new house build construction sector
* Have a 'can do' and proactive attitude to the role
* Strong communication and organisation skills at all levels
* Diligent and agile with a high level of numeracy and IT literacy
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
* Full UK driving licence
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no option for sponsored employment visa at present)
What will I receive in return?
As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll receive a competitive salary, with the level dependent on experience, plus a wide range of benefits including car allowance or company car, life assurance, and personal health insurance.
You will be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays.
