- Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all pupils
- Have control over a whole class and maintain discipline
- Adhering to the national curriculum
- Engage the children in fun and captivating lessons which leave them feeling as though they've achieved something
- Child safeguarding
- Adhering to school behavioural policy
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent qualifications
- Experience teaching EYFS, reception KS1 or KS2 classes
- An up to date DBS, on the update service
- A drive and passion for teaching children
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
