CNC TURNER SETTER
HAAS / FANUC CONTROLS
SMALL BATCH / BESPOKE WORK
LEICESTER - LE4
GBP11.00 TO GBP13.50 PER HOUR
DAY SHIFTS - ONGOING ROLE
Are you an experienced CNC Setter on Turning machines? If so, my Leicestershire based client may have the perfect opportunity for you. They are looking to expand their workforce and are on the hunt for a skilled CNC Turner with the ability to set on Fanuc controls.
THE ROLE:
- Producing a variety of bespoke, precision components in small batches
- Operating and Setting CNC Lathes
- Working on Haas machines with Fanuc-based controls
- Loading materials for the specific job
- Using measuring tools to undertake quality checks
- Working to personal production targets
THE PERSON:
- Experienced CNC Turning / Lathe Setter Machinist
- You must be able to fully Set and Operate the machines without assistance or supervision
- Must have experience of working on various metals
- Haas/Fanuc experience
- Quality checking experience
- Hardworking and takes responsibility for making sure deadlines are met
- Able to commute to the LE7 area
THE PACKAGE:
- Day Shifts - Mon to Thurs 07.00-17.00, Fri 07.00-13.00
- Plenty of overtime available
- Pay rate dependant on experience and skill level - Up to GBP13.50ph
- This is initially an Ongoing contract role, with the potential to be made Permanent in the future
