The Lifeways Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager overseeing and being responsible for 5000+ hours.

You will provide management for the area office , including supervision of overall clinical, development, operational, financial and administrative functions. To complete this role well you will need to be passionate about people and strive to do the best you can to improve commercial and quality KPI's.

You will have experience in a supported living environment and managing teams in the area.

To assist senior management in matters of strategic planning, Company standards and policies and procedures.

May provide direct clinical services, as appropriate, for partial caseload, and provide back-up and assistance to other clinical personnel in their direct service responsibilities.

Degree level qualification and a minimum of 15 years experience within the social care or health care sectors of which at least 5 years should be at a supervisory or managerial level.

You will need experience of working with Adults with Learning disabilities/Mental Health and associated needs in a supported living environment.

The role is 37.5 per week; However, the nature of the job responsibilities may require flexible hours, including some evening and weekend hours, or adjusted beginning and ending times. You are required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business, and you may be required to provide on call duties as necessary.

You will register as a Registered Manager of the Area Office (Domicilliary Agency) under CQC regulations.

You will have a relevant qualification ideally to degree level or equivalent and have the personnel attributes and experience which compliment those qualifications.
