This position is a well-established E-Commerce business in Essex. They've enjoyed record sales in 2020, and are now looking to invest back into the business. This starts by hiring a talented UX Designer, who will join the team to help improve the user experience across all E-Commerce platforms, including website and mobile apps.
You'll have the following responsibilities:
Help to understand and map out the customer journey, along with creating wireframes.
Produce high-quality designs and specifications.
Be able to communicate the customer journey to others in the business.

Preferred Tools and Skills
Sketch
Invision
Stakeholder management.
Team collaboration.You should have prior professional experience in UX/UI design with a user-centric focus, and ability to demonstrate experience through a portfolio.
Whilst Sketch and Invision are preferred, the team is open to UX Designers that prefer using alternative tools.
