Painter & Decorators
Subcontractor roles working predominantly on new build homes within 35 miles of Guildford.
Due to continued growth, APH Decorating Services have multiple opportunities for experienced Painter & Decorators to work predominantly on full interior decoration of new residential homes, taking responsibility for ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest possible standards.
As a Painter & Decorator working as an individual subcontractor or as a part of a subcontractor team, you will receive a day rate in the region of GBP120 to GBP150 per day with the level dependent on experience. Price work available for the right candidates.
There is potential for up to 12 months work, which will need to be completed predominantly within Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, although flexibility will be required to meet business and customer needs, including occasional evening / weekend work.
What will I need to be considered for these Painter & Decorator opportunities?
* Proven experience as a professional Painter & Decorator producing high standards of work
* Have own tools
* A valid CSCS Card and full PPE
* Have an honest and positive attitude and be reliable
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
