Technical Trainer and Support Specialist role on offer for an expanding company that is already recognised as the largest and most successful within their industry.
Do you have experience of delivering technical training and providing technical support to customers and staff? Are you able to diagnose and CAN Bus wiring systems?
Established over 100 years ago this company supplies their specialist vehicles for clients all over the world. They've undergone massive investment across all areas of the business over the last few years and are now looking add to their UK Service Team as part of their continued growth.
In this role you will be providing expert technical support and technical training courses for customers and service engineers across the UK. You will receive full product training yourself before going on to provide remote support, on-site investigation/repair and delivering courses.
The ideal person will have a technical background that involves working with CAN Bus wiring, other electrics and hydraulics along with a HGV Cat C licence and Driver CPC. You will have delivered technical training, provided technical support and will be happy travelling all over the UK.
The Role:
*Technical Support Specialist / Trainer
*Telephone support, on-site investigation and repair within the UK
*Developing and delivering technical training
*Full product training provided
*GBP35'000 - GBP37'000 + Bonus + Pension + Vehicle + Growing Company + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Person:
*Experience of technical support and training
*Experience of CAN Bus wiring systems
*Strong customer facing skills technical understanding
*Happy to travel UK Wide
