Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor
GBP35,000 - GBP55,000 OTE GBP70,000+

As a Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of mortgage lenders and criteria. You will be required to collate information about a customer's financial circumstances in order to give appropriate advice around the customers needs. You will have leads provided through the company in-house system but need to be comfortable with some self-generation of leads too. They will also provide administration support from their fully qualified team.
As the business continues to grow, my client is looking for a Senior Broker to join them with the opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager position with them in a realistic time frame.
Key Requirements:
* Fully CeMAP Qualified
* 3+ years Whole of Market advising experience
* IT Literate
* Confident with converting leads & Self-generating business
* Able to handle a busy pipeline of cases
* Excellent communication at all times between all parties including administration team.
* If you have your own client bank this can be transferred & serviced in full.

* GBP35,000 - GBP55,000 basic salary plus OTE (bonus scheme)
