At GP Strategies Training Ltd we are looking for a natural leader to join our successful Regional Management team.
Responsibilities:
?? As Regional Manager you'll be responsible for the timely delivery of quality training and assessments across your region.
?? You'll be managing a team of Skills Coaches and business development staff to help the region achieve targets.
?? You will report into the Regional Operations Director, and support them to meet & exceed regional budget & strategies objectives
?? You will manage, develop & mentor your team of Assessor / Skills Coaches and Business Development staff
?? Support your region to generates excellent qualification achievement rates
?? Support your team to ensure they are achieving their individual targets
?? Utilise the support of the Quality Team.
Do you have?.
?? A background in people management - essential (any Industry)
?? Results driven and proven experience - essential
?? Outstanding customer service skills
?? Strong time management and communication skills
?? IT literate
?? Good networking and presentation skills
?? Financially astute
?? Understanding of the Apprenticeship standards / frameworks - desirable
?? Due to the nature of the role, ideally you will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
