There are challenges. The business has seen a massive spike in growth over the last 5 years a direct result of winning a range of new, large retailer accounts. Having brought in some strong names in the industry, they are looking for a Production Supervisor they can truly rely on to hit the ground running and deliver consistent, successful results.
You will be a high flyer. Working alongside the Shift Manager, you will focus on stabilising and developing the current operation.
They are looking for someone they can develop and nurture into a future Shift Manager so you will need be an out and out performer in the food manufacturing industry who is prepared to give it your all.
What do you need?
It is ESSENTIAL that you have a background in Food Manufacturing with tangible experience in delivering consistent numbers week after week. You will need to be a driven character who is prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
