Housekeeping Manager
BardWood Support Services are now looking for Housekeeping Manager that can demonstrate the confidence, experience, drive, flexibility and determination to provide the highest standard of operational service within a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
This position will be full time, working an average of 40 hours per week. This will be split over 5 days with an unpaid 30-minute break which takes the hours to 7.5 hours a day.
Rates: GBP12.00, per hour
You must have:
??5 year checkable work history
??Excellent communication
??Excellent customer service
Duties
Organization of team to deliver services to highest standard
??Staff attendance and punctuality
* ??Uniforms and PPE is issued and worn at all times
* ??Operatives understand the scope of work required for each task
* ??Absences are controlled and managed
* ??Standards are checked throughout the operations and remedial action imposed
* and checked
* ??All areas are audited for standards and reports submitted to Site Manager
* ??Ensure all Health and Safety Regulations are followed and report any deviation.
* Ensure cover is provided to site where absence has prevented regular staff from attending
* Reporting misuse of the facility to client and arrange for removal or repositioning of unauthorized items.
* Rotate staff breaks to ensure continuity of service throughout the shift.
* Cleaning experience is essential
