This well-established language services provider is currently looking for a German-English Chemistry Translator to join their team on a permanent basis.
To be considered for this unique role you will be a native level English speaker with excellent knowledge of German. You will be educated to degree level or above in chemistry, preferably with knowledge of any of the following fields: textile chemistry, paper chemistry, construction chemistry, leather-making, thermoplastics, catalysis. You will have demonstrable industry experience, combined with excellent language skills.
As a Translator, you will work as part of a team in purpose built offices based on the outskirts of Gerrards Cross. You will be aided by support staff and have access to state of the art electronic facilities and an extensive library.
This position would provide an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stimulating career change where they can combine their previous industry experience with their love of language.
