Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker looking for your next opportunity?
Badenoch & Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find a team leader to take on a permanent contract and join a reputable Housing provider.
This role will consist of leading a team of support workers supporting customers with complex presentation, which may include, learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism and communication differences alongside ongoing physical health conditions.
Key duties for the role will include:
*Work with direct reports to drive customer activities and improvement plans with their caseload
*Ensure that direct reports are delivering effective and organisationally driven mentoring to and supervision with colleagues
*Act as technical expert in and identified field; sharing this knowledge and mentoring others in order to promote best practice
The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
*Knowledge and working experience managing services supported clients with mental health needs
*Previous management/ team leader/supervisory experience
This role is a permanent vacancy based across 2 services in Woking and Farnham which will present the opportunity to grow your career with a forward thinking, ambitious organisation.
