Reporting to the UK Payroll Manager:
* Responsible for the co-ordination of Payroll Processing as part of a Shared Service function for Bosch UK, ensuring on time delivery on a monthly basis (approximately 4500 associates).
* Individual responsibility for Payroll BACs file processing for all UK sites and lead for Bosch Thermotechnology Payrolls (approximately 1700 associates).
* Providing support for month end accounting including account reconciliation, netting and accruals in line with business requirements.
* Leading the interaction of activities between Payroll processing and month end accounting.
* Preparing and managing of internal and external audits.
* Driving continuous improvement in all HR and Payroll processes
