Social Worker - Referral and Assessment - Derby - GBP32 Per Hour
Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced social worker for a role within a children's referral and assessment team for a client based in Derby. The successful candidate will be required to ensure the delivery of appropriate services to children and their families in accordance with their assessed needs and service plan.

Carry out child-focused assessments of need, including investigations of suspected child abuse
Attend conferences, reviews, core groups and planning meetings, as appropriate
Make case planning decisions which are consistent with the responsibilities and grading of the post
Work as a team member attending team meetings and making an active contribution to the development of service delivery through the sharing of knowledge, information and skillsEssential Requirements:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
