Dosh is a specialist company within the Thera Group and provides support to people with a learning disability in England, Scotland and Wales. The company was set up in 2007.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Fenland, Cambridgeshire, for a Named Financial Advocate to act in the role of appointee and financial advocate for people with a learning disability. This involves managing benefit claims, budgeting, bill payments and support with wider financial decisions and capability.
You will work as part of a local team of Advocates in East Anglia providing support to individuals to manage their finances and benefits. This will enable them to reach decisions, make informed choices and express their views, giving them more control and independence with their money.

Your Experience
You must have experience and knowledge of financial services or the benefits system. The role will suit you if you have the ability and flexibility to travel, work flexible hours and work from home. You will be confident in working independently to manage your own diary and priorities and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
