My client is looking for a Team Leader to join their small children's home, based in Derby, hourly rate of pay GBP9.50 to GBP10, sleep in rate of GBP35.
Shifts can vary but usually 1 on, 1 off, 1 on 3 off.
You will be joining a care company who are passionate about delivering outstanding care and support to young people with EBD. My client continues to flourish and grow; therefore, you will be joining a company with possible further opportunities for the future.
The Role;
As a Team Leader / Senior Support Worker, you will;
Lead the day to day shift
Deliver the highest standard of care to the residents
Ensure the young people's physical and psychological welfare is well looked after.
Be responsible for engaging the young people in various activities
Support their educational needs and help them learn independent living skills.
The Person;
To qualify for the Team Leader role, you will need;
Experience working with children with complex needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A 'can do' attitude with motivation to achieve excellence
An NVQ / QCF Level 3 (Children's & Young People)
A clean UK driving licence
