This is the perfect opportunity for a willing Chef de Partie to showcase their skills and help a successful team achieve further accolades during very busy Summers and quieter Winters.
Everything is made in house including the breads and butters. Foraging is encouraged along with access to a small kitchen garden.
The Head Chef highlights the use of small unique suppliers in the area to promote Cornwall's superb produce.
A minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience is required for this Chef de Partie position and your own transport is ideally needed.
