My client is a successful organisation based in the Stirling area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Sales Administrator to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last 12 months.

Responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service to key clients
Processing sales orders
Liaising with internal departments i.e. production, sales, finance
Updating customers on orders and resolving any issues
Following up on quotes
Dealing with department calls and emailsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a similar Sales Administrator position, ideally within a Manufacturing, Production &/or Supply Chain organisation
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Able to provide exceptional customer service levels
Confident IT skills including MS Word and Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
