Customer Service Advisors (Part time Weekends)

The Client
Our client is a national, leading service provider that specialises in complete drainage and plumbing services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial drainage and plumbing failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients' needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe.
They are now looking to appoint a number of Customer Service Advisors on part-time basis for weekend work. This role would ideally suit students in the area looking for a part-time position, or somebody looking to have a flexible working arrangement around other commitments.
Candidates must be professional and confident on the phone and be an effective problem solver.
Working Hours
This position offers 16 hours split into two 8 hour shifts over Saturdays and Sundays.
The Rewards
The roles are offered on a part-time basis. The roles are permanent, offering GBP8.72 per hour plus other benefits, along with opportunities for career progression within a national company.
