HR Manager

Our client who is a leading manufacturing company in its Industry and manufactures big household products is looking for an experience HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader during a time of growth.

HR Manager duties include:

* To provide efficient full employee lifecycle administrative support to key stakeholders across the site. Liaising with external consultants for support on more complex issues

* Preparing new starter documentation (payroll, emergency contacts, right to work checks and pension provision)

* Maintain contractual changes, produce letters and update payroll and HR records

* Manage the payroll process to tight deadlines

* Facilitate monthly third-party payments

* Liase with payroll and pensions to resolve individual issues

* Managing and facilitating all documents relating to HR (employee's profiles, company policies and procedures, references, exit interviews, workplace restrictions, capability and absence management

HR Manager criteria:

* Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR role

* Experience with Citation Atlas would be highly beneficial

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Must be IT Literate

* Display total confidentiality in all matters

Hours of work: 8-5 Monday to Friday
