Hours per week:
* 2 posts available
* Both up to 15 hours per week
Working Pattern:
* Core hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Weekdays and Saturday)
Pay:
* Weekday: GBP12.50 per hour
* Saturday: GBP13.50 per hour
Description:
* At Case Management Cymru we provide highly professional, bespoke case management to adults and children with a range of life-changing conditions/injuries.
* We pride ourselves on delivering a specialist service that recognises the uniqueness of every client; all with very different aspirations and challenges.
* The ability to drive with use of a car is essential.
* We are looking for two warm, outgoing and reliable individuals to support a young man with a severe Traumatic Brain Injury in his own home and within the community.
* Our client is easy going and has a very keen interest in diet and fitness. It is very important that his rehabilitation coaches can engage with him on what is important to him, whilst having an enthusiasm for what he enjoys, maximising his independence.
* Having excellent communication skills, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting with his Neuro-rehabilitation programme whilst maintaining focus on a goal centred approach.
* Whilst experience in this area of work is preferred, it is not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
