We have a fantastic opportunity within the property sector for a candidate who is looking to get their feet on the career ladder in this growing sector. This apprenticeship will be provided by the only college within 200 miles of our client who specialise in training for the property sector. All your training will be on the job so you need to be a hands-on, practical learner who wants to get stuck in and progress within the company.
The position available is within a small independent estate agency so you will be working at the heart of the business, giving you first hand exposure to all areas of the company.
You will be working 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm (you will have 1 day off during this time and Saturday shifts are on a rota basis)
Key Responsibilities:
??Office administration
??Working on valuations and viewings
??Dealing with negotiations and offers
??Typing up all of the administration associated with valuations and viewings e.g. Property details
??Database management
??Drafting documents for clients
??Liaising with solicitors where appropriate
Essential Skills:
??Attention to detail
??Excellent team player
??Driven by career progression
??Presentable
??Own transport is essential due to the location & type of role
??Ability to use own initiative
??Customer service skills
??Interest in the property sector
