Our Bedford based client are currently looking for Customer Service advisors to work on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This is a lively and friendly environment, not a call centre. Their Customer base ranges from small independent businesses to large blue chip organisations.
The role will involve taking a high level of incoming calls and Customer Service enquiries.
Building relationships with clients.
Taking orders over the phone and via email.
