We are looking for a driven, diligent and highly organised Marketing & Finance Team Coordinator to join our Woking based team where you will provide professional and supportive administrative service and personal assistance to Directors and teams across Asahi UK, with a particular focus towards Marketing and Finance.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Electronic diary management; arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders and receiving visitors for Directors
* Travel organisation and management
* Handling of day to day enquiries
* Manage expenses for Directors.
* Filing, archive and mail management
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices via the on-line system.
* Creating and preparing PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, document preparation.
* Inductions for new joiners to AUK teams
* Creating and ensuring departmental organisation charts and distribution lists are accurate and visible
* Organise large scale meetings and hospitality for teams, help organise conferences.
* Ad hoc: e.g, Visitor Programmes, event management, team meeting organisation and management, product sample ordering to name a few
* Records management ensuring adherence to GDPR
* Ad hoc projects as directed by EA and Directors
