On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit Senior Marketing and Research Officer to join their Belfast based team.
The Senior Marketing Officer will inspire, lead and manage the Marketing and Communications Team, creating a positive and results oriented team culture that delivers results.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans that drive compelling campaigns using the entire spectrum of communication and marketing disciplines including, media and public relations, marketing, event management, internal and external communications (websites, intranet and social media development) brand marketing and business research and insight.
Criteria:
* Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree) or above in a related discipline such as Marketing, Communications or Business. OR 5 years' experience (gained in the last 7 years) in a similar role.
* Demonstrate experience of developing and executing innovative and creative marketing and communications plans, campaigns and projects for a wide range of audiences, including internal and external customers.
* At least two years' experience of managing staff which should include directing and delegating work to meet team and organisational objectives.
* Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of use of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel to produce charts and graphs with the ability to interpret data and produce analytical reports and use of online applications e.g. CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords, Canva.
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage. In such circumstances, consideration will be given in any subsequent offer of appointment to suitable alternative arrangements that the candidate may be able to put in place that would enable them to meet the travel requirements for the post).
* Eligible to work in the UK.
